Gotta love SF
Adobe’s new Creative Cloud sounds great, but the experience so far has been horrendous. Customer care is apparently not a priority, which is sad, because it seems like a great product otherwise.
After wasting 2 hours of valuable time, I can no longer afford to figure out WTF is wrong with Adobe’s broken Creative Cloud site. I’ve tried customer care, both online and telephone, and both have resulted in nothing, they really do not know what is going on.
I guess my rant is done now, but boy is this frustrating.
